Licznerski Law is a boutique personal injury and insurance law firm based in Oldsmar, Florida, serving clients throughout Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties, and statewide. The firm handles personal injury claims, PIP and insurance coverage disputes, and consumer protection matters under the FCCPA and FDCPA.

The firm was founded by attorney Alexander Licznerski. Before opening his own practice, he clerked for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and for a state appellate judge on the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, then practiced at Morgan & Morgan. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Licznerski Law takes a deliberately selective caseload. That means clients work directly with their attorney from intake through resolution, not with a rotating team or a call center.
