The Method:

*25 minutes medical-grade FDA cleared red light therapy (with optional concurrent PEMF).

*10-15 minutes of guided Power Plate training (with optional EWOT).

*15-20 minutes of self-paced, instructor-led (via screen) Reformer Pilates.
